Yoga Nidra Series


Join Kori for a three week series to explore Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice of deep relaxation. Moving from a state of consciousness that is between waking and sleeping, you will experience a quiet inner world with the verbal guidance of Kori. During the course you will find your mental “safe space”, develop your visualization skills, and learn a new skill set to incorporate relaxation into your daily life. Drop in to one class or save when you sign up for all three!
